Mint tea

You can either throw a small handful of fresh leaves in a pot and pour boiling water over them, or cut the mint, bundle it into smallish handfuls, and hang up Inside a paper bag to dry. Then add them to the pot. I've also used them with cheap black tea to improve the flavor. Another thing you can try is to allow the winter to freeze dry the leaves, harvest at midwinter In zone 5, then use them.
