Ingredients:
3 c. Wheat Flour
1 T. Brown Sugar
½ c. Wheat Germ
2 Oz. Carob Chips
2-1/2 c. Oatmeal
¼ c. Molasses
1/8 c. Peanut Oil
1 c. Water
1/8 c. Corn Oil Margarine
½ c. Powdered Milk
Mix dry ingredients and then add rest of ingredients. Dough will be stiff. Chill. Roll out to ½ inch thickness and cut. Bake at 300°F for 1 hour.
