Annual Assessment time?

Our Forums Have Closed

Hi, Everyone,

We have decided to close the Almanac forums.

The good news: Now you have the ability to comment on the www.Almanac.com Web site pages!

The Web site has grown tremendously, with 12 million readers every month. You'll find folks who are weather watchers, gardening enthusiasts, stargazers, and more. Find advice, get answers to questions, and share your experiences.

Find the Almanac here, too!

Finally, a big THANK YOU to all those who have participated in and looked after the forums over the years!

I guess you folk are nearing the time for the boss to give you your annual report. Well on it will be a number of phrases that are in use at this time. Thought you might like to know what they really mean.
Resourceful - Ignores all rules and procedures
Dynamic - Uncotrollable
Capable of very original thought :- Crackpot. Should be locked up.
Rarely makes mistakes :- Hardly ever does anything.
Keeps me personally in touch with his work :- A born creeper.
Needs the minimum of supervision :- Resents any supervisor and has put three in hospital.
A perfectionist ;- A nit picking idiot.
Forthright ;- Bloody rude.
Delegates well ;- Passes the buck as quickly as possible.
A born leader ;- Cannot keep his nose out of everyone else's buisiness.
Do you folk recognise any of them.
