Feels like -39 here, has been snowing on and off since the weekend, BUT really too warm to settle. Lows now of 20 F at night, has to be cold for Halloween !! Highs of 39 IF we are lucky, BUT not for a few days now. Maybe for OUR Thanksgiving (this monday).
At least we don't have any ski resorts open yet, like Colorado does!!
Well it's not that cold here in South Jersey YB, it's 50° right now going up to 71° today. I hope we get those colder temps soon! I know Mary thinks the same as I do! :)
YB, I used to live in NJ. That is why I live in the South. Too cold up there.

76 here right now! Been "chilly" nights in the 60's and even occasionally the 50's..but the days have been beautiful! That's why I moved to SC..got tired of northern MI winters that last for 9 months!
37 degrees here this morning - just love it !! Leaves are really starting to change color now. I just live for the month of October, but it flies by so fast.
Redmink, in my town they used dump trucks with plows attached, sometimes would use road graders to plow the streets.

Chilly here today, highs in the 60's , low I think was 44? The cold snap should help what little fall foliage we get around here at least start to turn....Bring it on!!!
39 here now going to 44 today. Has been unseasonably cold & we have had rain for 3 days straight. State College PA had 12" of snow already - lucky dogs !!
Had flurries on the way to work yesterday. State College can have ALL the snow but what I've read we are in for a good old fashioned winter like we use to have in the 60's. So much for Global warming eh?

The thermometer showed 35 at the house this morning, officially 31 at the closet airport. Should get back up to 70 on Wednesday.
