I ordered 5 Farmer's almanacs on 11/30/09.
I received the almanacs..but was supposed to get the engagement calendars..and have never received them..when I call, they tell me to wait..they are coming..it is nearly March..these were for Christmas gifts..so much for customer service..
Our boss should be able to take care of this.
If these people want to straighten out this account I have, they had better contact me quick. I have never seen a website that was so hard to contact when you owed them $$. If they want their money, they had better contact me via email in the next 3-4 days, or they can kiss their $$ good-bye.

Now that YB is so busy with their problems, you and I can get the van and drive with the goods. You know, booze, wine etc. ;)
I'm going to give this venue a try since I haven't gotten anywhere so far. This is truly annoying, I have been trying to resolve this problem since November 5th, in the meantime, I have again received another notification for a bill that I have already paid back in August for the 2013 Old Farmer’s Almanac (invoice #01003, and I have sent several emails with attached copies of my canceled check #5139.) I'm sending yet another email today. Now I’m apparently 90 days past due for something I already paid for! I cannot believe that this is taking so long to be resolved. As of this time, I would like to cancel my subscription as well, this is my second request, please forward this information to whoever can help me with this problem.

why is there plenty of places to buy but no way to pay my existing bill? you would think that you would make it easier to pay!
