I've noticed that some posts have the FaceBook "like" button. Does thios mean that the posts on those threads aren't private?

It Shows ...

... how many people like the topic, no names mentioned in the Almanac forum.

And it does not create any entries on the Almanac Facebook page with your Almanac log-in name.

IT DOES create an entry on your personal Facebook page.

In order for it to work though, you have to allow pop-ups (but not ads) from this website.

NOT Totally Harmless! If a person were bored, they'd match up the comment from Facebook to the Almanac Forum, depending on who you let see what on FB.

As always, be careful.

pretty much any comment on here

can be found anyway depending on the wording through Google...there have been many times I've "Googled" how to this, or that, and there will be clickable links to the Almanac forums that have to do with whatever subject it is. There is nothing "private" on the web, so one is always best to be sure of anything they post...here, or otherwise.
