It took a while to find the forum, then I couldn't get logged in. I had to sign up as a new user but I was able to use my old login name.
Not sure I like this new format - time will tell.
The Tech. stuff will all work out in due time:) But the Home Page needs to be brought back now. It is a Historic Loss!!!!

I had to sign up as a new user, too. I kept the same user name and e-mail so I guess they just dumped the old info. I wish I didn't have to start a whole new recipe box.
kjh911 I had to sign is with a different e-mail address and lost all the recipes I had in my recipe box. :(
I'm wishing they just reinstate the old forums and leave it at that.
I hear you, YB. Me too...I was following our old threads and now I don't know the latest updates from our old topics! Boo!!!
is totally gone. And I miss it. Like the history of the labs and all the recipes I had posted on the recipe forum to have them all at one place so I could refer back to them.

Okay, now next day, when I click on "Cooking & Recipes" in the navigation bar on the left, it takes me to the Cooking page.
NOW sub-topics are shown in the navigation bar.
Click "My Recipe Box" and see if it's all there, because mine was.

You're right about "Tech Keyhole" as there's lots of "official" terms being used instead of people-friendly stuff that other websites use. When I first got into tech support, I read the PC magazine for 3 months, crying in frustration the whole time until all the translations sank in. :(

There is no Post button, have to use the save one.
After you post you cannot go back to make a change or correct something or even delete double posts like I just did! There has to be more things we can do than just post!
Geez, when did the whole thing change??? I couldn't even get signed in at first...I miss the old website format!
Joyce, I was able to edit my double post on the "Unudder Stuie update" thread. There is an "edit" button for posts you wrote. It seems to be much easier to double post with this new set up.
Bill I can edit the post but I cannot delete one of the two posts. :( I cannot even clear it so nothing is there, it keeps telling me I have to put something in the comment box, Here I sit talking to the computer and the post that I do not want to comment I want to delete it. ;)
Joyce, you just have to edit the post and put in something else that you want to say. That way it does not look like you double posted, it just looks like you came back later and added something else. That's what I plan to do.
