To post new content in the forum you must first "log in."
To “log in,” use your Almanac.com Web site username and password. (Note: In the past, we required a special forum password but no longer. Now, you only need your web site log in.)
New? Our forums are free! However, you need to register and abide to forum rules.
I did not know we were using it already! I really like the colors on the home page, it's so cheery.
I had so much trouble with the old site using the forums. It would never accept my password. I had to change it each time I wanted to post anything. This new site seems much more user friendly so far.
Give the new forum setup time to work and try to withhold any frustrations. Things will work out.
YB I had to use another e-mail address to log in...the one I always use would not work at all.
Seems everyone has to find their own way to log in... strange...
This new forum doesn't seem as user friendly as the other one was, much more confusing and jumbled up to me. I keep getting confused by all the different subject headings under one topic. What is up with that ?? And this preview thing, takes more time to both preview and post one entry.
it is a pain.
I guess we cannot Private Message anyone with this new forum, I do not see anything on here to do so.

In the setup called "My Account" (once you're logged-in) there was a checkbox for something like Private Messages, so that may unfold soon.
In "My Account", click to top tab labeled "Edit". Scroll down and you will see "Contact Info", and it says:
Personal contact form
Allow other users to contact you by e-mail via your personal contact form. Note that while your e-mail address is not made public to other members of the community, privileged users such as site administrators are able to contact you even if you choose not to enable this feature.
I wish the forums could all be in one place instead of having to click different tabs to find your way from the "Gardening" forum to the "Chat" one...just a suggestion :D
Sorry, I finally found where ALL the forums are listed all on one page...I shouldn't have blurted out before I knew what I was talking about! Ah well, you all know me...blabber blabber blabber!!
I think you should see my envelope. Can you please let me know if you do? But I have to agree with some of the folks here. TOFA should have let this alone. Why fix a road that ain't broken? Emily
I see your envelope
I'm wondering if someone could help me with finding a particular product. I was on Farmers Almanac website last week and a their was a featured product on the left side of the homepage for "Astronomical Timetable chart" that looked really interesting to me, but after going into another link and then coming back to it, it dissapeared, and I now can't find it anymore. I've searched all over the website under all kinds of categories, and it's nowhere to be found. I wrote an email to customer service about it, but have received no reply at all. If anyone out there can find this product for me, I'd really appreciate it. I called customer service also, but they don't know what I'm talking about. Thanks so much! Scott

Is it just this area of NC, Alamance County, or does it seem like the seasons are speeding up? Most of my flowers and such are from 2 weeks to 1 month ahead of their "time".
Militonia, Hot water will kill ants, dump some into nest.
Althea, My garlic is one month ahead of schedule.
