Man, I feel for you, I don't think there's much worse to have, unless it's a kid or kidney stone both of which I have had. Last year, I had an abscessed tooth on a tooth that had a root canal done 20yrs ago, had to have it pulled. Get it out as soon as you can!
I could not stand the pain.. I did find that if I put ice on the tooth the pain quit instantly. Abscess's hurt like all he77. Give it a go, it may work for you, Ice water is an alternative. Let me know.
4th July is the best day to get rid of a bad tooth. It departed this world at 10.45am. Almost the same relief us brits got on the first 4th July. The pain went and so did you lot. ( only kidding)

Mouses don't get caught with cheese. Best think is a good old high kipper. Come from miles around to be trapped by a kipper. Trust me I knows of these things and much more.

A 'kipper' is a smoked herring that has been gutted and smoked over oak chips. Beautiful to smell and the taste is heavenly. It is a breakfast or anytime treat. But one that has gone off is only fit for 'mouses'
