Potty training

Now it's been a long time since I trained my son, Kenny. When he was just 2, I put him in front of the TV and we watched the old Wheel of Fortune. I made him his lunch. I was given a book that was titled, "How to train your child in half a day". Umm, I thought. Wondered if it would really work? At first? NO. Kenny was not ready, so I held off for 6 months. Now, we are getting into summer of 1981. "Lets see if we can do it this time" I thought. I made his lunch, put the potty in front of the TV again and BINGO. And it took him about 5 minutes and he got the idea. And at the same time, watch his favourite show. BTW, he knew his ABC's at 17 months.. ;).

No more nappies(cloth not plastic) and we were on our way. :D

Kenny was allergic to the plastic and I won out. I wanted cloth.
