I have heard to go by the signs of the feet to stop smoking, and then I have heard to go by the knees..Does anyone know which sign you go by to help with this..Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

Quitting smoking

I don't know about signs of the feet or knees. If you have what looks like white sores on the back of your throat, a runny nose, and a cough you are allergic to smoke. Quitting is hard, one feels anxious, irritable and generally growlly. "Cold turkey" is the best and fastest way. It will be two weeks before you start to come out of the feelings. But you will and it will be THE BEST THING YOU EVER DID FOR YOURSELF and your family and friends. You will taste food again, you'll smell better and you will have more energy and a enhanced love of life.
Do it. It's hard but worthwhile endeavors are never easy. You'll save a bunch of money, too.
