Red Letter Days

Our Forums Have Closed

Hi, Everyone,

We have decided to close the Almanac forums.

The good news: Now you have the ability to comment on the www.Almanac.com Web site pages!

The Web site has grown tremendously, with 12 million readers every month. You'll find folks who are weather watchers, gardening enthusiasts, stargazers, and more. Find advice, get answers to questions, and share your experiences.

Find the Almanac here, too!

Finally, a big THANK YOU to all those who have participated in and looked after the forums over the years!

Sincerely,
The Old Farmer's Almanac

I thought Red Letter Days were no longer available, but I've been directed to the "Calendar" page. (chagrin)

It's a nice bit of info ... a refreshing change from the Hallmark Calendar of Celebrations, if ya know what I mean.

BUT this site really is still bare compared to the richness of the old one!

Red Letter Days are still there. Have you tried the site search? There's so much more information available now :)

Thanks Tom

You can train an old dog new tricks ... it just takes a long time.

Well ...

I know Betty, not the same tone. Hopefully new folks will join in.

What's that old tune about friends "one is silver and the other gold"? Sometimes life just turns out that way.

I sure do miss the old site

I sure do miss the old site and all the other people that are not posting anymore. Some things are better left alone and not changed !!
