Our Forums Have Closed

Hi, Everyone,

We have decided to close the Almanac forums.

The good news: Now you have the ability to comment on the www.Almanac.com Web site pages!

The Web site has grown tremendously, with 12 million readers every month. You'll find folks who are weather watchers, gardening enthusiasts, stargazers, and more. Find advice, get answers to questions, and share your experiences.

Find the Almanac here, too!

Finally, a big THANK YOU to all those who have participated in and looked after the forums over the years!

Sincerely,
The Old Farmer's Almanac

We are doing fine here this

We are doing fine here this time. All this flooding missed us by about 40 miles.

The areas that flooded in May and now do not usually see flooding at all. Several of the areas were still not back in homes/bussines' from the May flood. The schools here just finally got all kids back in the buildings last week, yet the year started 3 weeks ago. Some parts of the buildings are still closed off. Please keep all of those people in your thoughts and prayers!

Thanks for checking on my bunch! :)

Glad to see it missed you, I

Glad to see it missed you, I hate it for the other folks going through it. Just never know what Mother Nature has in mind.
