Since the change to this site, I've been unable to access customer service or the shipping status on a paid order, and I keep getting a bunch of retarded emails from the Almanac telling me I've left something in my shopping cart that's unpaid. When I login I find my cart is empty, my order is listed as paid, but there's no shipping info available. Try to find a way to contact the order department....I tried replying to a previous email, even ended up going through the site map to find the contact page and couldn't find any way to get this resolved. SUPER SUCKS and I'm removing the charge from my credit card since I can't cancel the order any other way!
That's most unfortunate.
I suppose that it's too late now BUT I'm forwarding this to Paul Belleveau, who should be able to respond to you and to get the glitches on the site cleaned up.

One of the advantages of not being able to purchase a darn thing from TOFA owing to residing the wrong side of the pond is you don't get into the predicament you are in.
