The NEW MOON is here and since this Moon represents Emotions, Dreams, The Flow Of The Tides, Finances as well as being the Ruler of the Fourth house,Cancer. I was wondering what effect does this Moon have on me since I am Cancer and when will I know/feel any of these effects upon me or in my life. How will I know when these changes move through from this Planet???
