I have heard that the best time to wean a baby from the bottle is when the sign is in the legs. Is this true?
My grandmother, myself, and mother have always weaned and potty trained by the signs and you should wean in the legs down
i am trying to break my 2yr old form the bottle and i know when its in the legs down you should wean but where do i find the sign i have looked everywhere
I too have potty trained my children by the signs. I just happened to look this up the other day for someone. January 13th is the first day in January that the sign is in the legs. That should be the day to start potty training on.

ok so i am new to this whole thing and i dont really under stand about the leg thing. my daughter is a year in a half andthe past week she has been peeing in the potty every night and this morning she peed in the potty!!08-11-10... is this going right???i dont know if i should try during the day or just gradually do it or the leg thing i really dont understand.. all i know is that she is going to the potty and it is exciting but i dont want her to get borad with it and stop going!!
I'm not new to astrology, but I'll admit that I have never heard of "in the legs". Can anyone elaborate? I'm trying to potty train my 2 yr old boy. He being a Gemini, well, his interest is on his terms. A full moon is approaching soon. When should I focus on this rite of passage?

Perhaps I can help clarify things...different Moon signs correspond to different parts of the body. An example would be when the Moon is in Pisces, it's "sign" is "in the feet." You can look up which sign corresponds to which body part in the almanac itself or just do an internet search.
Ideally, you would want to consult both the Moon's placement as it corresponds to the body, and also its cycle. A waning Moon, (receeding...getting smaller)would be the ideal. Thus the sign Pisces during a waning Moon would be the very best of all for weaning. As we are currently in the second half of the year, the Moon sign Pisces is currently occurring during the waxing (getting bigger) Moon.

I put my 20 mo old to bed without bottle tonight and he cried for about an hour....so miserable. I didnt want to try to wait a whole month.
