Orionids are on show this week, for the North/NE, a good comfortable period of weather, and the rate of "Falling Stars" is very good.

The Orionid meteor shower is at its best the nights of October 20 and 21 as seen from the United States, with the best view coming before dawn on the 21st.

Orionid Meteor shower
Well I am in Gulfport, MS. I had been noticing a few meteors in the few days prior to the peak days. I did see some of the show but it was'nt more than about 10 per hour but I still enjoyed it! Can't wait for the one on Dec. 13th & 14th! Enjoy!
