Hello, last year a small flock of blubirds spent about 20 mins in my backyard one afternoon. I have not had any bluebirds since. Any ideas on how to get them to come back? I live in southeastern PA in a somewhat wooded backyard with a large adjoining pond.

Have you tried
placing a bluebird house for them to nest? They will be pairing up and looking for houses to nest in. Sounds like you have an ideal spot close to water. The house needs to be in an open area at least 5ft away from trees, shrubs,etc. The love meal worms, so you could place a meal worm feeder close by. They are beautiful birds and my favorite!
