We once had a lady named Rachel who went fishing with our family. She constantly moved her bait around, pulled it in to check on it, etc. Her bait was out of the water as much as it was in. We referred to this as "Rachel Fishing" or simply "Racheling".
It works for me. I catch a lot of fish with this technique.

Fishing is a very nice
Fishing is a very nice activity. During my childhood days, my family and I always go fishing wherein we enjoy the bonding moments. It's a very nice feeling catching fish on your own. Well, fishing taught me one very important thing I will never forget and that is patience. If you are patient enough of what you are doing, then for sure you'll get what you want.
