Melons might be a little

Melons might be a little late.

I would wait to plant the carrots and lettuce until August or even September. It gets a little hot and humid here for mid summer planting. Also, the last 2 Winters I have left the Fall planting of carrots in the ground, added straw over them and then pulled them as I needed them. We don't get a hard enough ground freeze to bother them most years here in TN.

Everything else is fine.

We picked the last of our greenbeans tonight. We will replant them from seed in a week or 2 in the area where the potatoes will come out. Most Summers we are able to get 3 plantings of them.
