Companion Plantings

Our Forums Have Closed

Hi, Everyone,

We have decided to close the Almanac forums.

The good news: Now you have the ability to comment on the www.Almanac.com Web site pages!

The Web site has grown tremendously, with 12 million readers every month. You'll find folks who are weather watchers, gardening enthusiasts, stargazers, and more. Find advice, get answers to questions, and share your experiences.

Find the Almanac here, too!

Finally, a big THANK YOU to all those who have participated in and looked after the forums over the years!

Sincerely,
The Old Farmer's Almanac

I'm looking for information on companion plantings (& ratios) & especially if the garden planner has the option of using or suggesting companion plants in the plans. We would love to "expand" our garden using this method.

Research

I have done a lot of research on this subject and you can as well, there is a lot more info out on the web than you can be told here. Just Google Companion planting and you will have a treasure trove of information. Here is a chart to get you started: (click on image to enlarge)
