I try to be diet conscious, BUT last August I must've had BLT's every other day for a month ... 2 pounds of bacon for just one person. Don't tell the doc!

I started getting a few of mine on Thurs from my garden but we had stopped at our local farm and picked some up earlier in the week. We had to eat them pretty quick, so we had tomato sandwiches 2 days in row, and hamburgers on Fri. But the BLT is definitely on the menu for this week!
