My watermelons are all splitting open before they are ready to pick. Could this be because they are not getting enough water? At this rate I won't get one melon!

We are in a drought here in the South, but we did get some T-storms and over an inch of rain last week.

We don't get enough rain!
Gardening in the South is a lot different than up North! I went to look for soaker hoses and the stores were sold out. Guess I will try to patch up the old ones, again.

Have the store call you when the next batch of hoses come in. That way you have them for next year..
