I'm trying to save on the cash flow using homemade remedies to kill weeds and grass in my driveway. Vinegar, and yes even bleach I tried which worked some, but the weeds have built up a tolerance against this stuff, what can I do?

I used to work as a groundsman maintaining school play grounds and sports pitches we used ordinery domestic salt to kills the weeds in the play grounds it kills the weeds and doesnt hurt the children give it a go
