how can I make my wisteria vine bloom? It is about 5 or 6 years old and huge but has never bloomed yet.

well,
it could be as simple as using to much nitrogen in your fertilizer , if you're feeding it .... you could try root pruning it ( just take your shovel and cut through the roots straight down around the vine about 2 feet away from the base of wisteria)..or it may be just a plant that will never for whatever reason will not bloom ???? I have a Hydrangea like that ...:)Do the root pruning in the fall if you try it..
