Baked Tomatoes I

Cut 4 tomatoes in half & place in baking dish.

Place on top of each tomato:

Thin slice of butter
Italian dressing, just a dribble
Garlic powder, a sprinkle
Parmesan cheese – freshly grated
Basil slivers, a few or a sprinkle of dried basil

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Baked Tomatoes II

Cut 4 tomatoes in half and place in baking dish.

Blend together in a small bowl:

1 cup Dry bread crumbs
½ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 tsp Garlic powder
4 T Melted butter
Fresh basil slivers or a sprinkle of dried basil

Place on top of each tomato.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes (until bread crumbs are crunchy).
