How do you boil an egg ?

Do you crack it to see IF it is cooked ?

Actually I knew somebody that truthfully couldn't boil an egg !!

    BUT

I'm serious, IF any of your recipes don't work out, please forward the items to me, IF you can bribe the Border Guards to let them across, because you are well aware that IF they tasted good then I wouldn't get them, and you would have a repeat order from the Border Guards.

Boiled Eggs

Fill medium sized pot with cold water. Place eggs in water. Place both on stove over medium heat. You just want the water to bubble a little for about 10 minutes. Remove from stove and pour out hot water and fill with cold water. Wait 10-15 minutes and begin cracking shell off eggs. And no you don't crack egg to see if it is cooked. You'll find out how well you did when you start cracking off the shells.

1 Lb Hamburger
2 pealed potatoes cubed
1 small onion chopped

Cook hamburger in skilled over medium heat til no longer pink. Add potatoes and onions and cover with lid. Lower heat to low and cook for 20 minutes. Serve with sliced bread.
