Grilled okra

Had this the other night at a gathering. Oh yum!!! It is now my new summer fave!!! If you do not like okra any other way you may like really changes the flavor.

Okra, any size so long as it is not woody. As much or as little as you think you will eat. It is not good reheated so keep that in mind. Toss the okra in enough olive oil to coat, add salt and pepper to taste. Throw on a grill pan and toss every now and then. It is done when it is a little crunchy.
