Did anyone make this recipe from the the February page of the Recipe calendar? When I added the melted white chocolate to the butter the mixture got lumpy -- not sure if it was the butter or chocolate. Tasted OK, but I expected a creamy, fluffy texture. Mine was rather solid (and lumpy!) Any ideas?
