so i made a grapenut pudding and it was delicious. ate some warm, then about an hour later my wife says she drained some excess liquid out of it and put it in the fridge. when i looked a little later, my perfect pudding had fallen to only about an inch high.
what happened? please help me perfect my ma's great old recipe.
I could guess that egg is missing???
