Seasonal Cooking

Our Forums Have Closed

Hi, Everyone,

We have decided to close the Almanac forums.

The good news: Now you have the ability to comment on the www.Almanac.com Web site pages!

The Web site has grown tremendously, with 12 million readers every month. You'll find folks who are weather watchers, gardening enthusiasts, stargazers, and more. Find advice, get answers to questions, and share your experiences.

Find the Almanac here, too!

Finally, a big THANK YOU to all those who have participated in and looked after the forums over the years!

Sincerely,
The Old Farmer's Almanac

It is finally time for the fall recipes. If you don't know what produce is currently in season, we have a Seasonal Produce guide that will tell you and give recipes using that fruit or veggie. The guide is on saladcenter.com under Seasonal Produce. Hope this helps your with meal planning.

seasonal foods

We eat alot of the seasonal produce that finds its way to us via our garden and the local stores. In time a natural rhythm is developed and is quite nice.

There is also a widget

There is also a widget available. You can add that to your blog or homepage if you have one. It updates itself throughout the year.
