Split Pea Soup...my favorite!

1 cup of split peas
4 cups of vegetable broth
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1/4 cup of chopped celery
1/4 cup of chopped chadon beni/cinaltro
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp. of black pepper
2 cups of evaporated milk

1. Pressure cook a combination of peas, broth, onions, garlic, celery, black pepper and salt until peas are soft.

2. Blend mixture and puree till smooth.

3. Return blend to pot, add milk and mix thoroughly.

4. Cook on low heat form 8-10 minutes.

dokla receipe

I like dokla very much but there is a problem when i cook they become so tight and having no taste.please give me a receipe to make dokla sponge,soft and tasty.
