Our Forums Have Closed

Hi, Everyone,

We have decided to close the Almanac forums.

The good news: Now you have the ability to comment on the www.Almanac.com Web site pages!

The Web site has grown tremendously, with 12 million readers every month. You'll find folks who are weather watchers, gardening enthusiasts, stargazers, and more. Find advice, get answers to questions, and share your experiences.

Find the Almanac here, too!

Finally, a big THANK YOU to all those who have participated in and looked after the forums over the years!

Sincerely,

My grandfather used to plant castor bean plants in his garden when I was a little girl. He passed away a few months ago,and I would love to have some castor bean seeds to plant in my garden to remind me of him. I have different flower/veggie seeds to trade. Thank you so much in advance.

I have some castor beans that we could trade. What do you have to trade? I am not picky at all, so anything would be great. Just let me know. Send address and I will get you some of these beans to you right away. OK? Kay in Louisiana

I have two different kinds of castor bean plants. One is the Giant Zanzibar which is the largest variety. And I also have the Impala which has a beautiful purple stalk. Let me know if you're interested.
