El Nino 2010 Spring/Summer San Jose CA

I was wondering if we will see an end to the pattern of the rain and get more sun and warmer temperatures? Is this year going to be like 1998 where May had rain. Will we see a hot summer as a result of the rain or more milder temperatures?

How will Spring be? Also is La Nina coming around for next year and how will this affect our rain and temperatures? Is it true that with La Nina there is less rain than in an El Nino year?
