Almanac Digital Product Questions

I have not received my digital order yet.

You should have received an instant e-mail from us directing you to your digital product.

Digital products are also delivered to your My Accounts area. You'll see your digital products on the VIEW tab under the section ONLINE DIGITAL PRODUCTS. (If you haven't signed in yet, you'll need to do so with the same login credentials you used to purchase the digital products.)

How do I access a Digital Almanac I bought?

You will receive an instant e-mail from us directing you to your digital product.

Most digital products are also delivered to your My Accounts files tab. (Or login and click My Accounts, then click the FILES tab.) 

Other digital access links are located on the VIEWS tab.

Note: Check your spam folder and make sure your e-mail settings do not block e-mails from Almanac@yankeepub.com.  Digital Almanacs and the Customized Weather History are online-only products that you will receive a website address for via email.

 

How can I request a refund for my online order?

If you wish to request a refund for your order, send an e-mail to our customer service department or call toll-free 1-877-717-8924.

How can I place an order outside the US?

We currently accept orders from residents of the US and Canada. For Canadian orders, funds must be drawn from a US bank, and the fee for standard delivery is $14.95. Canadian orders will be received within 4-6 weeks.

Can I order the Canadian Edition of the Almanac in digital form?

The Almanac Digital edition is an exact digital replica of the US bookstore edition. We do not currently offer digital versions of the Canadian edition. However you can purchase a digital version of the Almanac's Long-range weather forecast for Canada by clicking here.
