I think you are mistaken. TheI think you are mistaken. The Orthodox Church follows the Julian (aka Caesarean) calendar that went into effect in 45 B.C. The Gregorean calendar was established in 1582 by Pope Gregory XIII because every 131 years, the Caesarean calendar was off with equinoxes and solstices by one day which affects the date of Easter. In 2013, according to the Gregorian calendar, Easter is Mar 31. Pascha (Orthodox Easter) according to the JULIAN (aka Caesarean)calendar is May 5th.
