My sunflowers have more thanMy sunflowers have more than one head. They have 3. One large bloom, and 2 smaller blooms immediately behind it. They are an heirloom variety. Should I be snipping off the larger bloom when it starts to sag? Or leave it there until its completely dried up? If so, will this inhibit the growth of the smaller blooms behind it? I noticed the large blooms aren't lasting very long. Is this normal?
