Hi Jessica, Now is a goodHi Jessica, Now is a good time to start the seeds indoors. Dahlias are easy to start from seed and they should germinate in 5 to 7 days. Use a good light potting mix and move the seedlings into bigger pots as they grow. Dahlias started from seed will bloom this summer but the plants may be smaller than dahlias planted from tubers.
