Hi, this is my 5th yearHi, this is my 5th year growing tomatoes. I had a ton of success my first few years, but then I moved and have been struggling to get my tomatoes to grow. This last year was awful so I pulled them all out, fertilized with kellog organic fertilizer and replanted some from my father-in-laws garden. They are from seed from his last crop and seemed to be doing well in that they are a healthy green and flowering with some fruit growing, but they are such small plants. I am used to seeing my tomatoes take off by the second month. I transplanted these in early March. Are they destined to be small runted plants or do I need to fix my soil to help them to grow larger?
