Haiku: Seasons
Each season though built
On the last, will also hint
Of the one to come.
A summer leaf falls:
Winter keeps it on ice for
Springtime renewal.
Spring
The red cardinal
Fills the air with melodies
Of warm days ahead.
Summer
Long, bright, sun-filled days
Encourage plants to ripen
For harvest bounty.
Autumn
It starts in summer;
Evokes a years nostalgia;
And ends in winter.
Winter
Though sunshine is cold
Upon my face, still, I sniff
Springs hope in the air.
