For this jelly, Amelia Mae uses yellow bell peppers, red Thai peppers, and garlic. It's sweet and hot at the same time. Serve with cream cheese on crackers, or use as a stir fry sauce. Makes a wonderful glaze on a roast as well. Size 8oz.
