Made with raspberries, hot Thai peppers, habanera and red bell peppers, this jam is strong. It starts with the sweet taste of raspberries and then is followed by a nice warm taste from the peppers. Not too terribly hot, but among Amelia Mae's most adventurist offerings. Size 8oz.
