This delicious bread is full of garlic and parmesan cheese. Slice and toast it with butter for a great accompaniment to Italian dishes. Rabbit Creek bread mixes are quick and easy to make; just add a 12 oz. can of beer, mix and bake. This 14.45 oz. mix makes one loaf pan.

Rabbit Creek Products was started by Kansas native Donna Cook, a self-described “country girl.” Her innovative mixes blend the taste of old-fashioned cooking with designer style. Rabbit Creek offers over 350 mixes which include dips, soups, desserts, and spreads.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all package(s) in a mixing bowl. Pour in 1 (12 oz can) beer, (room temperature). Stir until blended. (approximately 3 minutes.) Pour into a well greased bread pan (9x5x4-inch). Melt 2 tablespoons butter and pour over the bread batter. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until bread begins to pull away from sides of pan. Yield one loaf.
Note: you can substitute ginger ale or club soda for the 12 oz. (room temperature) beer.
Ingredients: Self-rising enriched flour bleached ((wheat flour, leavening (sodium aluminum phosphate, baking soda, calcium sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), salt, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid)), sugar, parmesan/romano cheese (cultured pasteurized part skim and whole milk, salt, and enzymes. Micro crystalline cellulose used for anti-caking), and granulated garlic.
Contains wheat and milk ingredients. Manufactured in a facility that processes pecans, almonds, black walnuts, peanuts and dairy products.
