This is Rabbit Creek's classic corn muffins mixed with the perfect amounts of parmesan cheese and garlic. These would be a great addition to a soup or just eat as a snack. These can be made as either muffins or as bread. All of Rabbit Creek's muffins are packaged in a carton with a rabbit cut out on the front. This 14.65 oz. mix can be used for corn muffins or corn bread if you bake it in an 8x8 pan.
INGREDIENTS: Bleached wheat flour, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, sugar, degerminated yellow corn meal (niacin, iron (reduced), thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, part skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, garlic.
