Yes. However, even if you bought the National or Southern Edition Almanacs you would still be able to do the exact calculations for your area (sunrise, sunset, and so on). The different editions just give you a quick approximate reference. Our 'My Local Almanac' product will do all the calculations for you for your zip code. It's very handy for a heavy Almanac user.
