J.K. Adams has updated their perennially favorite turnabout carver by adding a precisely engineered pour spout and pooling well to both sides. The spout will direct flow of juices cleanly back into a roasting pan for a quick reduction or gravy. They increased the size of the juice grooves and they lightened the weight. A contemporary cut out for securely holding poultry while carving is on one side and the reverse side is flat for beef or fish.
