A moist brownie with cinnamon flavor. Ground carrots give it texture. This 22 oz. mix makes a 9x13 pan.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all package(s) in a mixing bowl. Add 4 eggs, 3/4 cup melted butter or margarine, and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Stir until blended. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan or spray the pan with a non-stick cooking spray. Bake 25-30 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Do not over-bake. High altitude (3500-6500 ft.) -stir 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour into the brownie mix (dry). Prepare batter using 1/4 cup water, 1/2 cup melted butter in place of the 3/4 cup melted butter then add the remaining ingredients. Bake according to the directions on label.
Ingredients: Sugar, unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), cocoa, carrots and cinnamon.
