Snickerdoodle Drop Cookie Mix

Rabbit Creek's snickerdoodle cookie has the perfect mix of cinnamon and sugar. Quick and easy to make, everyone will enjoy this fresh baked cookie. Cookies are packaged in kraft cartons with a rabbit cut out on the front. This 17.1 oz mix makes about 36 cookies.

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl on low speed, cream together 1/2 cup softened butter or margarine, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add the package marked (41) into the creamed mixture until a dough is formed. Place the cinnamon/sugar package marked (q) into a small bowl. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls then roll the dough in the cinnamon /sugar mixture. You may have to flour your hands if dough is sticky. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Yield: approximately 36 cookies.

Ingredients: self-rising enriched flour bleached ((wheat flour, leavening (sodium aluminum phosphate, baking soda, calcium sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), salt, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid)), brown sugar, sugar and cinnamon.
