All of Rabbit Creek’s muffins are packaged in a kraft carton with a rabbit cutout on the front and a label hand-tied with matching ribbon. This 12.5 oz. mix will make 9 muffins and, at less than 150 calories per muffin, is a healthier alternative to store-bought or fast-food muffins.
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Grease muffin pan.
- Combine all packet(s) with 2/3 cup milk, 1 egg, 1/8 cup oil, stir until blended.
- Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 to 2/3 full.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until done.
