Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Start to Finish Time: one hour
- 4 Thin cut bone in pork chops
- 1 10 3/4 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 8oz. package of sliced mushrooms (fresh)
- 1 Yellow onion sliced
- 1/2 can of water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dash of Kitchen Bouquet
Preheat skillet and saute the chops,mushrooms and onions. When chops are browned add soup and half can of water.Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.season to taste then add dash of Kitchen Bouquet. Serve with mashed potatoes and use sauce from chops as gravy for the potato's.
